Very good hotel , rooms are big and clean well maintained, the location of the hotel in A heart of the city and lulu hypermarket inside the hotel itself to make the trip more comfortable. cooperative staff and mataines team . And I appreciate house keeping department and cooperative staff from front desk Mrs Heba .. gave wonderful discount and advice on extended days of my trip.

I want to commend the staff at this hotel for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone has been incredibly attentive and friendly. As for the rooms, they are both comfortable and well-appointed, with attention to detail in design, cleanliness, and amenities.

The room size is huge and the location is perfect. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Room was large and comfortable. Big Bonus is it had its own ironing board with iron which actually helps when you're travelling for work. Tea and coffee maker with microwave was also in its own area with sink close by which helps in easy cleanups. Cheese omlette for breakfast was good.
